Rumbie uses the app every day to avoid unexpected stock-outs and unnecessary shopping, and the product grew out of what she needed in her own daily home-making routine.
The app was inspired by how effective simple pantry tracking can be when it is woven into everyday life. PantryYangu was shaped carefully so the day-to-day work of managing a home pantry feels like a breeze rather than a chore.
Rumbie opened PantryYangu up to the wider ZimboKitchen community across Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok so more households could benefit from the same practical approach.
